Job: Health Care Associate

Firm seeks to hire an Associate with 2–5 years of experience to work in the Albany, NY, or Florham Park, NJ, office. A substantive background in the legal issues pertaining to provider health care organizations such as the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute and other regulatory compliance, as well as transactional experience involving health care organizations and physician acquisitions, is required. If located in Albany, the candidate must be admitted to practice in NY. If located in Florham Park, the candidate must be admitted to practice in NY and NJ. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics from a top law school, and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and to produce top quality work with minimal supervision.
