Job: Mid-Level to Senior Financial Transactions Associate- Philadelphia

Candidates should have 5-8 years of substantive law firm experience in finance transactions particularly with the preparation, review and negotiation of credit agreements and related documents, preparation of legal opinions and related closing matters. Experience in asset based lending as well as corporate finance transactions (including non-bank lender and corporate borrower representations for loan transactions) is important. Additionally, candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, experience handling and managing multiple deals, and be able to serve as the lead associate on transactions, including coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as primary client contact. Experience with real estate and DIP financing is preferred.
