| Job Information | Firm is looking for an IP litigation attorney to join a growing IP practice in Philadelphia. Ideal candidates will have approximately 3 – 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property matters and must be self-starters. Candidates without specific IP litigation experience must have a keen interest in developing experience in this area, and be able to learn quickly and research complicated concepts without significant supervision. Excellent academic credentials and experience working with sophisticated clients on complex matters required. The firm would prefer candidates with judicial clerkship experience and/or those with strong deposition or trial experience. Admittance to Pennsylvania state bar is required. |
