Job: M&A and Private Equity Associate

Firm has an immediate opportunity for a strong transactional associate with 4-6 years of transferable experience for their mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture team. The successful candidate would be joining a team of diverse individuals who enjoy working in a high performance environment rooted in a culture of mutual respect and team work. Finance or accounting background a plus. Florida Bar preferred. EOE. M/F/D/V.; 4-6 years of transferable experience Florida Bar preferred. Fluency in Spanish a plus.
