Job: Healthcare Regulatory Associate

Firm with Denver office has an opening for a Healthcare Regulatory Associate with 3-7 years of significant experience representing hospitals, physician groups, ancillary service providers and other investors in the healthcare industry with state and federal fraud and abuse and compliance matters, licensure and reimbursement matters, and operational matters. Experience in transactional matters in the health care industry such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, contractual agreements, and license and lease agreements is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form are required. At least three years of licensed practice in a major law firm is also required. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Colorado bar admission strongly preferred.
