Job: Corporate & Securities, Associate (LATAM) - MIA

Firm with Miami office seeking Associates with 3-5 years of general corporate and securities experience. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in representing companies in connection with a wide range of matters in Latin America, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, US public and private securities offerings for Latin American issuers and private equity investments. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, superior research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Candidates should be ranked in the top 10% of their law school class or have graduated from a top-tier law school. Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admittance to the Florida Bar. Fluency in Spanish is required.
