Job: Associate - Finance and Restructuring Transactions

Firm is seeking a highly-qualified 3rdto 6thyear associate to join diverse, fast-paced practice. The candidate will work on matters representing lenders, private equity and institutional investors and corporate clients in a wide-range of asset-based and cash-flow financing transactions, junior capital investments, restructurings, and bankruptcy matters. Significant experience working on the transactional aspects of complex finance matters is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate possesses strong academic credentials, sound professional judgment and is highly motivated to provide exceptional client service. Large firm experience preferred.
